My dear, I hope you've had a pleasant holiday. It was delightful to see you at the New Year's ball, and I've very much missed having you at the shop. I know that Crowley's been terribly difficult lately -- I do hope he hasn't been too harsh to you, but if he has I hope you'll let me know and of course I'll speak to him about it right away.
