Giving Lana's hand another squeeze he moved closer while carefully keeping out of Bridge's way.
"I don't believe that, Phoebe. Anymore than I believe that," he nodded towards the Source. "Is Cole. You both need to come back where you belong. A lot of people love you and miss you, Siblet."

Mel was already moving forward when she saw the fireball coming at the group. In a combination of instinct and "Oh shit! Fireball!" Mel raised up her scythe and closed her eyes only to have the fireball bounce off the scythe and dissapate.
"Holy shit! Did you see that?!" Mel exclaimed. "Rocketship! Batter frakking up!"
"Holy shit! Did you see that?!" Mel exclaimed. "Rocketship! Batter frakking up!"
"Well it's not my usual idea of a first date," Mel teased. "But considering I've been patrolling for two months with no action I'll let it slide."
"... this isn't a date!" Chris flailed.
Lana slipped her hand from Wilson's and moved in front of him quickly, before he could stop her. "I don't care if it's dangerous, Phoebe. I know you won't hurt me - any of us. I told you I'd come down here so you weren't alone and I'm here."
Isabel lowered the hand she'd raised when the fireball came at them. "Neat trick." She eyed the torches and thought about flinging one towards the Source but she was leery of doing that with Angel so close.
"You're breaking my heart Halliwell," Mel smirked. "You should know better than to toy with a girl's affections. Especially one who can break you in half."
"I wouldn't invite you to hell on a date!" Chris insisted.
Meanwhile, Wyatt was attempting to stealthily sneak behind the Source and Phoebe, laying out a circle of magic crystals. Now they just had to get Belthazor into the trap.
"You're stock is plummeting, Chris," Mel teased. "Better get me a bouquet of stakes and roses when we get back."
Chris couldn't help but smile. "I'll see what I can do."
Angel, in the meanwhile, kept his focus on the Source, going to parry and then try to strike again, this time to the stomach.
"Maybe on our next date in hell we can take care of that whole dying a virgin problem," Mel teased.
Chris nodded in agreement with what everyone else said. "You're not evil. Wyatt and I need you to help us learn about our magic. Paige and Piper need you to help keep people safe."
If anyone asked, Chris would insist that the only reason his face was flushed was because it was very warm in hell.
"I'd rather not have another date in hell," Chris told her.
"I'd rather not have another date in hell," Chris told her.
"Surrre," Mel said rolling her eyes. "This is just a crazy way for me to meet your family."
Chris realized that arguing wasn't going to get him anywhere.
"Yep, you're on to me," he said. "I figured you were into the unconventional."
"Yep, you're on to me," he said. "I figured you were into the unconventional."
Piper quickly jumped out of the way before throwing her hands out toward the Source in an attempt to blow him up.
"Bridge, no..." Phoebe shook her head wildly, not wanting Bridge to take that glove off and see what she really was. "James, you know that Cole cannot go back up there where people think he will attack them or even kill them. Don't you guys understand? I made a choice. I chose to come down here."
She looked at Chris a little sadly. "I can't help you and Wyatt any more than I can help Piper and Paige, Chris. I cannot be the Queen of the Underworld and a Charmed One. Piper told me that and Cole showed me that she was right. It's too late."
Phoebe started to step back, but when she saw Lana step in front of James, she hesitated. "Lana... you don't know what you're offering to do here. You can't stay here." This was her best friend and she was fighting not to be happy that Lana wanted to stay with her.

Angel rolled his eyes. "Now this is just annoying."
Jo was totally not holding onto the hilt of her knife with a tight enough grip to turn her knuckles white. Nope. "Nice place."
"Neither can you," Anders said, stepping forward. "You've gotta know that, Phoebe, c'mon. This isn't you . . . it's not where you belong. Don't you see that?"
His voice cracked a little as he added, "I know what it's like to be fooled like this."

"Yeahhh," Wyatt said slowly, looking around. "Can't say I want to stick around in demon central."
