South Attic/Fifth Floor, Tuesday Evening

Keys for their new suite in hand, Bel began shuttling his and Phoebe's belongings between the South Attic and room 518/520. Moving was so much easier when you could shimmer, but he even took the stairs a few times just for the exercise.

At least keeping busy kept his mind off the fiasco that had come of his visit to LA.

Phoebe was focused on packing the rest of their stuff and trying not to think about things or emotions from the weekend.

The kittens were watching all of this with great interest.

Cole shimmered in behind her. "Why do girls have so much stuff?" he complained.

"Because we want to look good for our guys."

"Uh huh," Cole said dubiously. "You're just using that as an excuse."

Phoebe grinned. "Moving closer to you."

"Yay!" Pippi clapped her hands. "Need some help?"

"Hey, Pippi," Bel said. "We're moving to your floor."

"That's great! You need any help?"

"If you want to grab one of Phoebe's many bags of clothes, that'd be great," Bel said. He shook his head and chuckled. "Girls and their clothes."

Pippi grabbed a bag and balanced it on her head before grabbing one in each hand.

"What about 'em?"

"Why do you need so many?" Bel asked, picking up a few boxes. "And the shoes...don't get me started."

"I dunno, maybe because boys get bored easy?" she said. "I only have three pairs of shoes myself."

Lana came in and mock-pouted. "I can't believe you're not on the fourth floor."

"I obey her whims," Bel said, pointing to Phoebe. "She said fifth. But at least we're just a floor away now."

Lana rolled her eyes, then continued the mock pout. "So unfair. I'll never manage to be on the right floor."

"So move," Bel said with a grin.

"Been there, done that, had bad luck both times," Lana said with a mtaching grin.

"Then just spend all your time up here," Bel said. "The fifth floor common room will be the happening place."
