((OOC: The scene I posted did in fact happen, but Phoebe has run away for awhile (due to her mun being on vacation) and has told only three people where she is. What happened isn't public knowledge yet. As for good or bad, that's all a point of view. ;) Some might think he's an utter cad for what he did to Phoebe, while others may not care one way or the other.))
