I'm not really clear. I think it's more of a general concern over the various terrible things that could happen, if students were allowed to have weapons.
It's gone over about as well as one would imagine.

I for one am happy to hear that there has been a much-needed crackdown on weaponry within the walls of Fandom High. Students should have every reason to believe that they are safe here.
