Western Fandom Island, Friday night

After a trek to the western portion of Fandom Island, Our Heroes reached the entrance to some old sea caverns. There were several tunnels heading off in different directions. Bel was fairly certain which one led to his mother; she was really making no attempt to hide. But there were other demons lying in wait down the side tunnels as well, and they couldn't afford to have them come up behind them.

"Okay," Bel said, trying to be all leader-like. "Group one is Cam, Molly, and Alanna. You take the tunnel on the far left. Group two is Bridge, Isabel, Walter and Camulus. You take the tunnel to the near left. Group three takes the right hand tunnel and is John, Ivanova, Pip and Pippi. Angel, Piper, Paige, and I are going down the middle. We'll meet up back here. Is everyone all set?"

"Don't worry Bel. We'll find her."

"Be careful. She saw you visit me in jail so she knows you're a friend," Bel warned. "And she doesn't want me to have any friends."

Pip took a glance down the left tunnel. "Okay... Pippi. You can take the most damage out of all of us. So would you mind taking point?"

"What if I get a con-cushion?" Pippi smirks at him as the takes a spot at the front of the marching order group.

"I'll take lead," Bridge says, heading in to the tunnel on the left. "That way I can let you guys know of any trouble before *they* see *us,"

Angel was there. He kept his senses trained for anything that might want to come at them.

"How generous," Ivanova murmured dryly. She pulled out her PPG from a pocket, checked the cap, and moved passed John to right behind Pippi, the gun held out and low.

Up ahead in the passage way, a bearded, red-eyed demon appeared, looking might fierce.

Camulus growled, drawing the biggest, shiniest, and sharpest of his swords. "You're a scout then?" he grumbled, only the boy's confidence keeping him from stomping past himself. He was grumpy and growly and something in there had his First Prime.

Pip's hand twitched a knife appeared in it. Acting on instinct as he saw the glowing eyes, he reared back and sent the knife hurtling towards the demon.

Piper was also there, trying to keep it together for Phoebe's sake. She was determined.

Isabel hung back, a bit worried that she'd gotten herself in over her head. This wasn't like facing down the FBI with Max and Michael. But still, Bel was a friend, she'd do what she could.

The knife caught the demon in the shoulder, and it fell back slightly. Then grinned as it pulled the knife out and the wound healed over.

It cast the knife to the side.

As was Paige, standing beside her sister trying to stay calm, she wasn't sure how she was ready for this, but ot was too late now.

"Anyone here fought demons before? My specialty's more vampires." Walter moved a bit forward. The wires weren't going to do him any good if he couldn't use them for fear of decaptitating one of the others.
