Bel woke up with a groan. He rolled over, trying to will the pounding in his head away. His memory was a little hazy, but he remembered drinking to several uncomfortable questions and kissing Veronica and Bridge.

Right now he felt like he wanted to die. Maybe Piper still had some of that vanquish potion left....

"Oh, good, I can put them on my forehead, too," Bel muttered.

"Head...pounding," Bel said, wincing. "Too much sake."

Pippi pat his head gently.

"You'd think I would've learned after the last time," Bel groaned.

"Well, at least now you're among friends."

"Most of whom are in as bad of shape as me," Bel said, looking around. "How come you're not feeling any pain?"

Pippi shrugged.

"Maybe it's a Scandinavian thing?" she said.

"I want to be Scandanavian," Bel whined.

Pippi smiled, and nodded, and pat him gently on the head again.

"Everybody does sooner or later."
