After spending time in the common room and the clinic visiting Marie and Zuko, Bel returned to his room. Phoebe wasn't there, which meant thus far he'd managed to avoid meeting any members of her family. Excellent.

Phoebe opened the door and when she saw him, she grinned.

"I'm glad you're here, Cole. I brought Prue to meet you."

Yes, sometimes Phoebe resorted to ambush tactics.

Bel scrambled to his feet where he'd been lounging on the couch. "Uh...umm...I'm not decent!" he said, wondering if shimmering out of the room would be bad form.

Prue smirked. "Look decent enough to me...for a demon."

"Prue!" Then she went to hug Cole. "Cole, this is my eldest sister, Prue. Prue, my boyfriend, Cole Turner."

"Hey," Bel said, his arm around Phoebe as he sized Prue up. Looks ran in the family. She was hot.

"Nice to finally meet you," Prue said, glancing at him. Phoebe never mentioned how hot he was.

Phoebe flushed at the finally part as she looked at Prue. "It wasn't like I could bring him home to meet you guys when we got together."

"I don't kill witches anymore," Bel said, getting to the point quickly.

"So you used to kill witches then?" Prue resisted the urge to glare.

Shit. She had forgotten to mention what demon he was.

"Prue... remember, because of him, no funeral services for your sister."

"Yeah, but Phoebe changed me," Bel said. "I don't do that kind of stuff anymore." And hopefully Raynor wouldn't be able to make him do it again.

Prue norrowed her eyes. "It could all be just an act."

Bel brushed himself off and moved back to Phoebe's side. "You can back off, Prujo," he said. "I may be a demon but I'm not gonna let her get hurt by anybody."

"You better not," Prue said, continuing to glare. "Now you know what I'm capable of."

"You guys are going to have to be civil to each other," Phoebe begged, tears still threatening. "Prue, Cole won't let anything hurt me. Cole, Prue will be overprotective and she doesn't know you like Piper and Paige do. Baiting each other is not a good idea."

"I won't bait her," Bel said grudgingly.

Phoebe sighed and wiped tears away. "No threatening each other, either. I will kick both of your asses if yu do."

Cole put his arm around Phoebe and kissed the top of her head. "Don't worry, sweetheart, as long as your family isn't trying to vanquish me, we'll get along fine."
