Suite 518/520, Sunday late afternoon/evening

Bel returned to his room after talking to Phale and made a couple phone calls. He didn't like the idea of bringing people with him into the Underworld, but he didn't want Phoebe to kill him, either. Hopefully everything would go smoothly and he could find his father's soul and finally lay him to rest.

He couldn't help but think of Schrodinger's offer from last night during his visit to the common room. Get his powers back? Tempting, oh so very tempting.

In the meantime, there were finals to study for. Woe.

After his phone call with Veronica, Cameron realised that he wasn't going to get any more studying done until he talked to Bel. So he dropped by the suite for what probably wouldn't be a more pleasant conversation than the last time he was here.

"Door's not locked," Bel called out. "Come in."

Cameron opened the door and moved inside the room. "Yo," he greeted and got right down to business. "I got your voicemail."

Bel nodded. "You in?" he asked.

"I told you I would help," he reminded Bel. "But I heard there were some things that needed to be sorted out like finding a way out again. What's your plan of action?"

"Aziraphale can get us in," Bel said. "And he's called in a favor to get us out. So all we gotta do is bluff our way through and find my father's soul. Hopefully it won't come to a fight."

"Okay," he frowned. "So uh... 1) what sort of favour and 2) how do you bluff your way through hell?"

Bel shrugged. "He's an angel, I didn't exactly press for details, but I trust him," he said. "I know he's got connections. As for bluffing, well, I'm known down there, so I'll be recognized. Just pretend you're a demon, too. They hopefully won't realize we're not until it's too late."

"Yeah, but we're in the underworld the people there aren't exactly known to keep their word, are they?" Cameron asked, leaving his questions about the whole pretending to be a demon part until later.

"Aziraphale wouldn't send us to the Underworld if he didn't thing we'd get out," Bel pointed out. "He doesn't really want me to go in the first place. I'm willing to take the risk. You don't have to -- really, it's okay."

"No. I told you I'd help. I just want to make sure we've got all bases covered. How is this favour going to get us out? By portal or something?" he asked.

"Phale's friend is going to meet us down there," Bel said. "I'll talk to Phale tomorrow to make sure we know when and where."

"So we meet this contact and then we go looking for where Raynor keeps your father... soul," he tagged on, wondering if you had to carry a soul or if it would be ghost like or something. "Is anyone else coming?"

"He'll have it in his chambers," Bel said with some confidence. "And I know the way there. Phoebe's gonna insist on coming along, and Isabel said she'd help, too."

"Why do I ge the feeling that his chambers aren't exactly going to be open for anyone to walk in?" Cameron asked, rubbing a hand through his hair.

"That's where the bluffing comes in," Bel said. "If the guards think we're all demons, I can get us in."

"They don't have a demon-dar do they?" Cameron asked.

"Yeah, but it requires conscious thought," Bel said. "They'd have no reason to try to sense me, and if you're with me, they won't try to sense you. Too many other demons around anyway."

Cameron nodded and decided he needed to work on his poker face. "So uh... how does one... act demon-y?"

"Dress in all black," Bel said. "Leather if you've got it. Just act tough, growl at anyone who gives you any crap. Don't get intimidated, demons love to attack weaknesses."

"Right. I've got leather pants and a jacket," he said.

Closed doors?

Closed doors are for people not Schrodinger.

"So, are we alone?"

Bel nodded. "That'll do," Bel said. "You just gotta look and act tough. There's no real dress code, but basic black and leather usually does it."

Bel blinked when Schrodinger appeared. "How'd you get in here?" he said. "I didn't hear the door. And, yeah, we're alone. Phoebe's not here right now."

"I can do that," Cameron assured him. "So not to be a pessimist, but I've got a girlfriend breathing down my neck... Do we have a plan B? What if they find out we're bluffing?"
