Suite 518/520, Monday morning

Bel shimmered the last of his, Phoebe's, and Anders's belongings back to the dorms. Yay for not having a personal gain stipulation attached to his powers; it made life so much easier. He got ready to head down to work, but there was one thing he had to take care of first. "You two. Clinic. Now," he said, eyeing Phoebe and Anders.

Phoebe looked at him. "Okay?"

He wasn't going to get a whole lot of argument out of Anders, that was for sure. "I'm gonna assume you're giving us a ride there?"

Not dirty, of course.

Stitches still being in and all.

"Shimmer or walk, whichever you want," Bel said. "I just wanna make sure you guys are healing up okay."

Phoebe smiled at him. "If you shimmer us... we get done that much faster..."

"And you won't be late for work," Anders added. "Sooner we get these, sooner these stitches come out, sooner I can get a shower."

The whole shower thing had become a little bit of an obsession for him over the past couple of days.

"Just leave me hot water so I can take a shower when I'm done with work," Bel said.

"There will be plenty of hot water for you, love."

"What d'you think I'm going to do?" Anders asked, laughing. "Be in the shower all day until you get back or something? Although . . . I could be up for another one when you get home . . ."

"Only if Doctor Wilson okays it," Bel said firmly.

"Oh, stop that!" Bel said, ducking his head.

Phoebe moved to where she was looking up into his ducked head and let her lower lip quiver.

Being petite had many advantages.

Anders had to cover his mouth with both hands to muffle a snicker; being the same height as Bel, he couldn't exactly pull that maneuver off without looking ridiculous. Instead, he sidled over and laid his head on Bel's shoulder, letting out a mock sniffle.

"No fair!" Bel flailed.

Phoebe pouted some more and then leaned up to kiss him, before staring up into his eyes, her lower lip still quivering. "Please?"

"Yeah, please?" echoed Anders, running his fingers through Bel's hair as he trailed soft kisses down the side of his neck.

Why yes, he knew that weakness by now.

"Clinic?" Bel said in a strained voice. "Now?"

Phoebe wrapped an arm around him. "Okay."

Anders wrapped an arm around him from the other side. "Let's go get this taken care of."

Bel nodded, wrapped his arms around them, and shimmered them to the clinic.
