A wee half-demon was prowling about the hotel lobby, looking for something to do, otherwise known as "up to no good." Currently, he was peering at the weapons cabinet, wondering how he could get into it. He could always blow the door up with a fireball, but then it would be obvious that it had been him. The key to mischief was concealing your tracks and leaving room for someone else to take the blame. But the shiny sharp objects were so tempting and he really wanted to play with them.

Bel scowled. "I can if I want," he said.

Piper gave him a stern look. "No you can't."

Bel crossed his arms. "Yes I can, and you can't stop me," he said.

"Actually, I can stop you." Literally. She did have the power to freeze.

"Nuh uh," Bel said, shifting into wee demon form.

[absolutesnark]

"Yes. I can," Piper replied, trying not to laugh. Awww, he was adorable even in wee demon form.

Bel glared at her. "You're s'posed to be scared of me!" he insisted.

"Maybe I am," Piper said just to humor him. She knew he wouldn't actually hurt her, though. And she did still have the freezing power.

Bel put on his best scary face. "Grrrrr!" he said.

"Oh scary!" Piper said, still trying not to laugh.

"Grrrrr! Make me cookies!" Bel demanded.

[absolutesnark]

Piper raised an eyebrow. "I am not going to drop everything just to make you cookies."

Though she really didn't have anything else to do.

"I want cookies!" Bel said, stomping his foot.

[absolutesnark]

Piper rolled her eyes but agreed. "Alright. Want to help me make them?"

[demonbelthazor]

"Okay," Bel said, resuming human form. "I'll help!"

[absolutesnark]

Piper smiled. "I bet you're a good helper."

[demonbelthazor]

"I'm s'posed to learn and do what I'm told," Bel said. Tantrums about cookies and weapon cabinets notwithstanding.

"Well, I'm just going to show you so you'll know what to do," Piper explained. "We'll have to make sure the ingredients are just right."

"Like a potion?" Bel said, following after Piper.

[absolutesnark]

Piper nodded as she headed toward the kitchen. "Yes, kinda like a potion."

Bel climbed up on a stool. "Do they blow up if you make them wrong?"

[absolutesnark]

"No, they could get a little burnt, though," Piper replied, gathering ingredients.

[demonbelthazor]

"What do I do?" Bel said, peering at the flour and sugar and wondering how they turned into cookies.
