Suite 518/520, Sunday late afternoon/evening

Bel returned to his room after talking to Phale and made a couple phone calls. He didn't like the idea of bringing people with him into the Underworld, but he didn't want Phoebe to kill him, either. Hopefully everything would go smoothly and he could find his father's soul and finally lay him to rest.

He couldn't help but think of Schrodinger's offer from last night during his visit to the common room. Get his powers back? Tempting, oh so very tempting.

In the meantime, there were finals to study for. Woe.

"Yeah sorry, you just mentioned my girlfriend having trashy outfits. It's kind of hard to ignore," Cameron said, crossing his arms and waiting for more.

"Well, it was kind of hard not to notice what she had on when she was giving me a lap dance at the time," Bel said.

Cameron's eyebrows were nearly touching his hair. "When and why did she give you a lap dance?"

Bel was just digging himself deeper. "It was last year, way before you two!" he said. "She was gremlin bit, she wasn't in her right mind."

"And you let her?" Cameron demanded, apparently deciding that seeing how he just found this out, Bel was semi responsible for the entire thing.

"...er, I was evil at the time?" Bel said in a small voice.

Cameron narrowed his eyes. "You didn't try anything, did you?"

"Of course not!" Bel said. "I mean, Angel and Logan were right there to get her off. Me. Off me."

Cameron relaxed. A bit. Okay, a little bit. While he didn't so much trust Logan, he did trust Angel to have made sure Veronica was alright. Which would be around the time that he reminded himself that this happened a year ago and Veronica was just fine and not giving anyone lap dances. Which caused some frowning as he wouldn't really turn one down if she was to offer it. Preferably not gremlin bitten. Which was also the time he remembered that he really shouldn't move down that track right now.

"Right. Okay. That's... good. I should uh..." he paused, waving the athame as he tried to remember what he should do. "Go study," he finally remembered.

"Yeah, uh, me too," Bel said. "I'll check in with Phale tomorrow and let you know any more details that we work out."

"Sounds good," Cameron nodded, heading towards the door and not thinking about lap dances at all. "I'll hear you tomorrow then."

"No worries," he said and with another nod, slipped out of the door to go back to his room. And study. Seriously, he wasn't going to think about lap dancing at all.
