I'm not sure what this means for us as I'm not sure I'm capable of sharing you. Angel... that's different because he's so far away, but Blair's right here and he's a damn good guy, I'm not so sure I can compete with that. I need to get my emotions... and my panic over my newest premonition this morning under some semblance of control. I'm not going anywhere or doing any spells. Maybe... maybe we can talk somewhere tonight?"

I hope you don’t mind the call but tomorrow, the 31st is Aziraphale’s birthday and I’m trying to organize a little something for him. Well, okay technically he doesn’t have a birthday, I know but this is sort of the day he picked as his birthday and I wanted to give him a surprise on it.

I know we’re all scattered with the holiday and midterm break and well, you know how he is, he’s not one for material items or a personal party so I thought up something he’ll really cherish and enjoy and I need your help.

If you’re up for it, could you give his voicemail (http://a-phale.livejournal.com/61752.html?replyto=1540152) a call tomorrow (or at midnight if you like) and just, leave him a birthday greeting, well wishes or…really anything you might like to say to him. He’ll so appreciate hearing from you and it will really help to make the day special.

This was Anders, leaving a voicemail, because he really wasn't in the mood to see Bel face to face today but realized he'd forgotten to relay one very important bit of information amid all the flailing and near-fighting.

"Hey. It's me. I kind of forgot to let you know that, well . . . Isabel's gone. She got called home, and I don't know if she'll be back. I was supposed to tell you, but I kept getting sidetracked. Thanks to you. Anyway, yeah. Um, I guess I'll see you around sometime when you're not busy doing things that I can't feel you doing any more, thank the gods."

Unfortunately, Bel did not answer his cell phone while having sex. It would just be rude.

"Belthazor, it's Aziraphale. I need your help. I'm certain you've noticed that there's something very wrong with Phoebe, Lana, and Marie. It seems that they're possessed by witches, because of a spellbook Lana found in Special Collections. We need to destroy that book, before the three of them create any chaos around town. Professor Nishihori has a still being discussed plan to lure the girls out to the cabins with some artifacts they're after. I would take care of it myself, but I'm not supposed to be meddling so much in mortal affairs."

Aziraphale paused to give Bel time to absorb all of that. "Miss Evans and Miss Parker did a good bit of research, and I'm sure they would be willing to help if you needed them. I really do hope you can do this, my dear. I'm terribly worried about the girls."

As things were finally winding down, a message turned up on Isabel's voicemail. Of course it required a call back.

"What's going on," Isabel asked as soon as the phone was picked up.

"I'm not sure," Bel said. "Phoebe thought she was being burned alive. I came out of the shower and she was screaming her head off. I'm not sure if it was a nightmare, a premonition, or some residual effect from the witch who was possessing her. I guess she was burned at the stake, too."

"Bel, it's Piper. I know about your arrangement with my sister and Anders. I don't get it but I'm also not going to do anything to stop you. Just make sure Phoebe doesn't get hurt. Otherwise you'll have to deal with me and I will make you wish you were still in the Wastelands. I hope we have an understanding. Bye!"
