demonbelthazorAfter Bridge's group had left the lobby, Bel gathered up everyone who remained and any stragglers who walked in late. "Okay, we're going to follow light number two," he said. "Let me just tell everyone that Marie's probably gonna be scared, so don't push her. Don't try to grab her. Really, do not touch her. We just find her and talk to her and convince her everything is okay, got it? If she runs, we follow, but we don't try to scare her anymore than she already is."

Guessing that if she was responding the way a lot of the kids, who suddenly found themselves with more than they bargined for being thrust upon them, she might like having a definite say and open control in how things progressed.
